Support
We're a small team and we read everything.
Contact us
Email support@inkticker.com and we'll get back to you within two business days — usually much faster. Include your device model and a screenshot if something looks wrong; it helps a lot.
Common fixes
- My sign didn't look like my handwriting. The photo is almost always the fix: good light, dark pen on unlined white paper, and the writing filling the frame. Retake the sample from your profile and try again.
- A sign didn't arrive. Check your connection and tap Rewrite. If a sign fails to write, contact us and we'll make it right.
- I bought credits but don't see them. Use Restore Purchases in the app's settings. Still missing? Email us with your App Store receipt.
Your data
Handwriting profiles and your sign history live on your device. Deleting a profile in the app removes it; deleting the app removes everything stored on the device. See the privacy policy for what we hold on our side.
Deleting your account
In the app: open the menu, tap Account, then Delete account. That erases your account and its server-side records, along with every handwriting profile and saved sign on the device. It cannot be undone, credits are not refunded, and Founder access does not carry to a new account.
Deleting your account does not cancel an InkTicker subscription — only Apple can. Open Settings, tap your name, then Subscriptions.
If you can't get into the app, email support@inkticker.com from the address on the account and we'll do it for you.
Refunds
Purchases go through Apple, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. If something on our side went wrong, email us first — we'd rather fix it.
